What is Taxfix Refer-a-Friend?

With our referral feature, you can recommend Taxfix to your friends.

Your friends will receive a 50% discount on their first tax return if they accept your invitation. As soon as they have submitted their return, we will send you a €10 voucher for your next tax return as a thank you.  🎉

🚨 Important: The 50% voucher is only valid for tax returns that you prepare yourself. It cannot be redeemed for use with the Expert Service.

How can I refer friends?

You can easily refer friends via the Taxfix app:

👉 In the app, tap the "get €10" button in the top right-hand corner. Depending on the app version, a gift symbol may also appear.

👉 Share the invitation link with your friends:

👉 You'll receive a €10 voucher by email as soon as your friends have submitted their first tax return

👉 Enter your voucher code on your next tax return before confirming the payment

How and when will I receive my voucher?

You will receive the €10 voucher by email to the address registered with us as soon as your friends have submitted their first tax return with Taxfix.

You can check the status of your referral in the Taxfix app. Click on the gift icon in the top right-hand corner. If the referral was successful, it will say "€10 received".

How can I redeem my voucher?

You will find a voucher code in the email. Simply enter it in the Taxfix app before confirming the payment for the submission of your next tax return.

💡 You can use one voucher per tax return. Moreover, you can only redeem your voucher if you select the "Pay now" option.

What should my friends keep in mind so that everything works smoothly?

Your friends can benefit from the referral service if they download the Taxfix app via your invitation link. They must not have registered with Taxfix beforehand and must not have installed our app on their mobile phone.

And this is how it works:

✅ Your friends install the Taxfix app by following your invitation link

✅ The app guides your friends through the first questions and finally to registration. Now your friends create their first Taxfix account

✅ When your friends have finished processing the declaration, they will see the submission fee

✅ The 50% friend discount is automatically taken into account here

✅ Your friends submit their return to the tax office at the discounted price

✅ You will then automatically receive your voucher code by email

Does the friend referral also work via the web version of Taxfix?

Yes, if you or your friends use Taxfix in the browser version on the computer, you can also use our referral program. Please note that in this case your friends must also use your invitation to register with Taxfix for the first time.
