What payment method is available?
We conveniently collect the fee for submitting your tax return from your account via direct debit.
To do so, enter the IBAN of your account in the Taxfix app during the payment process. The fee will then be automatically debited from your account via the SEPA direct debit procedure.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any other payment method.
When will the fee be debited?
If you do your tax return yourself with the Taxfix app, the fee will be debited about 4 to 5 business days after you have submitted your tax return to us.
If you have chosen the Expert Service, you only pay after the tax office has finished processing your tax statement.
Can I enter the account of another person?
No - unfortunately it is not possible to provide the account details of another person.
For legal reasons, the account holder must be the same as the person filing the tax return. That is why it is not possible to change the name of the account holder in the app. Unfortunately, if you do not have a bank account in your name, you cannot use our service.
However, in case of a joint assessment, the IBAN of the partner can be entered.
