If you change your mind during your booking and have not yet submitted your order to us, you can also remove the Expert Service by yourself.
Important: Once the payment has been made, the order is binding and the order date is fixed. From this point onwards, it is no longer possible to remove the service by yourself.
This is how it works:
📱You are using your smartphone and have not submitted your data to us yet?
You can remove the service yourself, regardless of whether you have already started answering the questions or are already working on the tasks.
To do so, simply interrupt the process by going back. Open the overview of tax years and select the tax year in which you added the Expert Service.
Tap the question mark symbol in the top right-hand corner. In the next screen, you can now ‘Change service’. This will remove the expert service.
ℹ️ Please note: All data that you have already entered in the tax year in question will be lost.
You can then complete your tax return yourself in the app or in the browser by clicking on the desired tax year.
💡 Our app is updated regularly. The information symbol may therefore differ. Just look out for the ‘💬’ or ‘?’ symbols. Please update your app version too.

To do so, open the overview of tax years and select the respective tax year.
Simply click on ‘Change service’ in the navigation area on the left. As soon as you confirm the change, the option to complete your tax return yourself will appear. This will remove the Expert Service.
ℹ️ Please note: All data that you have already entered for the tax year in question will be lost.
You can then file your tax return yourself in the app or in the browser.
