Why can't I update my bank details directly in Taxfix?
Taxfix does not store your bank details permanently; they are only linked to the respective tax return. You enter them at the end of your declaration under "Personal Data."
Once your tax return has been submitted, changes to your bank details are no longer possible. If your bank account has changed, you must inform the tax office directly. You can find the contact details in the app.
How do I submit my new bank details?
Your updated bank details must be sent to the tax office in writing via letter or email. To ensure your tax refund is transferred to the correct account, you should send the notification immediately after the change.
