How the referral program works

🤗  Invite friends: Share your personal referral link from the Taxfix app.

📱  Friends register: They must sign up for the first time using your link and install the app.

📝  Friends submit their tax return: Once your friends submit their first tax return, you’ll receive your voucher via email.

Who gets which voucher?

🫂 Your friends receive a 50% discount on their first tax return.

🫵 You receive a €10 voucher once your friends have successfully submitted their tax return.

🎁 Conditions for the discount:

• Your friend must not have been registered with Taxfix before.
• The app must be installed via your referral link.
• The tax return must be prepared and submitted by yourself.

How to invite friends

Inviting friends is easy through the Taxfix app:

1. Open the Taxfix app and tap on the gift icon or “Get €10”.
2. Share your referral link.
3. Once your friends submit their first tax return, you’ll receive an email with your €10 voucher.
4. Redeem the voucher on your next tax return before confirming the payment.

When and how do I receive my voucher?

• The €10 voucher will be sent via email to your registered Taxfix address as soon as your friends submit their first tax return with Taxfix.
• Check your referral status: ➡ Open the Taxfix app and tap on the gift icon. If the referral was successful, you’ll see “€10 received”.

💡 Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or contact our support team.

How to redeem your voucher

1. Complete your tax return and fill out all required sections.
2. When making a payment, enter your voucher code in the designated field.
3. The discounted price will be displayed – now you can complete the payment.

Using vouchers correctly: important notes

✔ Only one voucher can be used per tax return.
✔ €10 voucher: Valid only for self-prepared tax returns, not for the expert service.
✔ 50% discount: Valid only for the first self-prepared tax return, not for the expert service.

Validity:

• The €10 voucher has no expiration date.
• The referral link is valid for 30 days. If you encounter any issues, our support team is happy to help. 😊

⚠ Switching between “Pay now” and “Pay later” will remove your vouchers. Choose your payment option first and enter the voucher afterward.

Important information for your referred friends

To receive the 50% discount, your friends must:

• Install the Taxfix app using your referral link.
• Register as new users (no existing account).
• Submit a self-prepared tax return.

The referral link is valid for 30 days. If there are any issues, our support team is happy to help.

🔄 Already installed the app? If your friends have already downloaded the app but haven’t created an account yet, they should:

1. Delete the app and restart their phone.
2. Reinstall the app using your referral link.

Can I invite friends via desktop?

Yes! The referral program also works via the Taxfix web version, but your friends must register for the first time using your referral link.

Why was my voucher not applied?

If you didn’t receive your €10 voucher, it could be due to the following reasons:

• Your friend was already registered with Taxfix.
• The app was not installed using the referral link.
• The tax return has not yet been submitted.
