How Much Does the Pay Later Service Cost?
If you choose the Pay Later option, the following fees apply for submitting your tax return:
π€ Individual tax filing: Fixed price of β¬59.99.
π₯ Joint tax filing: Fixed price of β¬79.99.
π‘ Good to know: If your expected tax refund in the Taxfix app is below β¬50 or if you owe additional taxes, you only pay the regular fee of β¬49.99 (individual filing) or β¬69.99 (joint filing).
When Will the Fee Be Charged?
If you select Pay Later, the fee is due as soon as your tax assessment has been issued. This means the charge occurs once the tax office has processed your tax return β regardless of when you receive your tax refund.
β οΈ However, the fee will be charged no later than 150 days after you submit your tax return. We will notify you via email in advance.
π‘ Since tax office refunds may take varying amounts of time, the fee may be deducted before you receive your refund.
What Payment Options Are Available?

- Pay Later Service (β¬59.99 / β¬79.99): Payment is made after your tax assessment is issued, up to 150 days later.
- Immediate Payment (β¬49.99 / β¬69.99): The fee is charged as soon as you submit your tax return.
Can I Change My Payment Method Later?
Yes, but only if the direct debit has not been processed yet and your tax return has not been submitted.
β Accidentally selected the Pay Later Service? Contact our support team as soon as possible via email. We will check if a switch is still possible before the fee is charged or your tax return is submitted.
Issues with the ID Verification Process After Payment?
If your ID verification does not load or you experience technical issues, try the following steps:

- Close the app completely and reopen it.
- Check if a new app version is available (App Store/Google Play Store).
- Update your smartphoneβs operating system if an update is available.
