Contact via email
As soon as your tax advisor has completed your tax return, youβll receive it by email. You can reply directly to that message to ask questions or request changes. The advisor will get back to you as soon as possible.
Contact through the app
Your tax advisor will also upload your tax return in the Taxfix app so you can review and approve it.
If you notice anything, simply tap the βSomethingβs not rightβ button. Your message will be sent directly to the advisor, who will respond to you via email.
