Logging in with a One-Time Password

Open the Taxfix app or web version.

Enter your email address and tap "Continue".

You’ll receive a 6-digit code via email.

Enter this code in the app or browser. You’ll then see the overview of your tax years.
💡 If you’ve used this method before, your email address may appear automatically. You can log in right away.
How long is the OTP valid?
The one-time password is valid for 3 minutes. After that, a new code must be requested.
Can I reuse the code?
No, the code can only be used for one login.
What if I mistype the code?
Click "Request new code" to receive a fresh one.
What happens after 3 failed attempts?
After 3 incorrect attempts, your account will be locked for security reasons. You’ll automatically receive an unlock code via email (valid for 10 minutes).
How do I unlock my account?
Enter the unlock code in the app. Your account will then be restored, and you’ll automatically receive a new login code.
