Who transmits my tax return?
As soon as you use the Expert Service, your tax return is not submitted by you personally, but by our partner law firm to your responsible tax office.
The transmission is fully digital โ you don't have to print or send anything by mail.
When is my tax return transmitted?
Transmission occurs only after you have reviewed and approved your tax return in the app.
Process:

The tax advisor prepares your tax return and uploads it to the app.

You will receive an email notification โ including a button labeled โTo the Tax Returnโ that leads you directly to the app.

After reviewing, click "Submit Tax Return" in the app.

Your return is then automatically transmitted to the tax office.
How do I approve my tax return in the app?
You will receive a notification by email (or a push notification in the app) once your tax return is ready.
Hereโs how it works:

Open the app and review your completed tax return.

Read the notes and summary from the tax advisor carefully.

If everything looks correct, click โLooks goodโ.

Then click โSubmit Tax Returnโ to finalize the process.
If you notice any discrepancies, you can also choose "Something's not right" to request a review.
Can I still make changes afterward?
As long as you have not yet finalized and approved your tax return in the app, corrections are still possible.
๐ Recommendation: Provide all important information as early as possible during the questionnaire process and in the "Tasks" section.

While the return is being processed, the tasks will be temporarily locked.
