Why is your registered email address so important?
If you have an inquiry and want to contact our support team, you must write to us from the email address that you registered in your Taxfix account.
Only then can we clearly assign your request to your account and support you effectively.
Please therefore always send your messages from the email address you have registered with us.
Can I simply inform you of my registered email address?
❗ No. For data protection reasons, it is not sufficient to simply mention your registered email address in the message.
If you contact us from a different email address, we cannot clearly assign you to a user account – and for security reasons, we are not allowed to provide any account-related information.
How do I find out which email address I registered?
It’s very simple:

Open the Taxfix app.

Click on the account icon 👤 at the top right.

Under the heading "My Account", you will see the email address you registered with Taxfix.

This ensures that you contact us from the correct address if needed.
What to do if you no longer have access to your registered email address?
If you no longer have access to your registered Taxfix email address but have already submitted a tax return with us, we need the following documents for re-verification:

Your registered email address (please state it)

A picture of your ID card (front and back) or your tax identification number (tax ID)
Please send these documents as a reply to our email. After verifying your identity, we can update your account and assist you further.
