What are personal tasks?

Personal tasks are a list of to-dos that you complete step by step with information. They help your expert get the best possible result from your tax return. The tasks are based on your answers in the app – and are therefore tailored specifically to you.

For some tasks, you’ll be asked to upload important documents or proofs. For others, a few additional details are enough. This way, you provide your expert with everything they need.

Why are they important?

Only with complete documents can your expert get the most out of your tax return. Make sure all documents are:

• complete,
• easy to read,
• and uploaded correctly.

How to use the task list correctly

• Open your personal tasks in the app.
• Upload the requested documents.
• Ensure they are clearly readable.
• Then click "Continue to handover" to start the identification process and submit your documents correctly.

You can check at any time in the app which documents are still missing and which you’ve already uploaded.

Uploading documents later – is that possible?

Yes, as long as your return has not yet been sent to the tax office.

If you want to upload something afterwards:

• Contact Support.
• We’ll unlock your task list again.
• This allows you to add documents later.
