π Without a fully completed and signed power of attorney, the tax advisor cannot begin processing your return or submit it to the tax office.
How long is the power of attorney valid?
The power of attorney is only valid for the tax year you selected. You must fill out and sign a new one for each tax year.
What to consider for joint filing?
If youβre filing a joint return with your spouse, both individuals must sign a power of attorney. Without both signatures, our partner firm cannot prepare the joint return.
