- You can view your tax calculation at any time in your Taxfix account. Simply select the desired tax year and click the "Breakdown of your result" button.
- Under "More info", youβll also find your submitted answers.
- The PDF with your submitted data is only available after your return has been sent to the tax office.

Where can I find my tax calculation?
The detailed tax calculation is available directly in your Taxfix account. You can use the app or desktop version β both work equally well. Simply select the desired tax year and click the "View" button.
Then under "More info", click on "Breakdown of your result" to see a complete breakdown of your tax calculation based on your entries in the app. Youβll also find the section "View my entries", where you can review all answers you provided in each category of your return.
π‘ As soon as you make changes to your entries (before submission), the tax calculation is automatically updated.
How can I view the submitted data?
The functions visible in your Taxfix account depend on the processing status of your return. Some buttons β such as "View submitted PDF" or "Contact tax office" β only appear once your return has been successfully submitted to the tax office.
Once submitted, a PDF with all submitted entries is automatically created. You can find it under the selected tax year by clicking "View submitted PDF".
You can also click on "Breakdown of your result" under "More info" to view the basis of your calculation.
What should you check in particular?
A particularly important area is the "Job" category, as this includes data imported from your income tax statement. Check whether all values were correctly imported. If you spot discrepancies or issues, re-entering or adjusting the data can help. This ensures allowances, exemptions, and maximum limits are applied correctly.
Tax return not submitted yet?
If you experience issues with submission β for example, if the green checkmark doesnβt appear or the submission hangs β try the following steps:
- Is your registered email address verified?
- Are you using the latest app version?
- If not, update the app.
- Alternatively, try using the PC version.

If you havenβt submitted your return yet, you can revise your entries anytime. Simply open the relevant category in the app or browser and check your answers. Edits or additions are possible at any time before submission.
Tax return already submitted?
Whether you can still make changes depends on whether the tax office has started processing your return. If not, we can reopen it for you in the app β just send us a quick message at support@taxfix.de.
If processing has already started or youβve received your tax assessment, you can file an objection within one month if something seems incorrect.
