How login works at Taxfix

To log into your Taxfix account, you don’t need a traditional username and password. Instead, we use a simple and secure login process with two-step verification:

• Enter the email address you used to register with Taxfix.
• You’ll then receive a one-time password (OTP) by email.
• Copy this one-time password and enter it in the app or in your browser to log in.

💡 This process ensures that only you can access your account – even if someone else knows your email address. It’s quick, secure, and you don’t have to remember a password.

How to fix login issues

Having trouble logging into your Taxfix account? There could be several reasons. Check the following points:

1. Check emails & spam folder

• Delete all previously received login codes.
• Check your spam folder for the email.
• Tip: Clear your browser's cookies and cache.

2. Use the latest login code

• Always enter the most recent 6-digit code.
• Copy and paste the code to avoid typos.

3.  Verify your email address

• Ensure that you have entered your email address correctly.
• Always use the email address you registered with at Taxfix.

4.  Update your app version

• Make sure you are using the latest version of the Taxfix app.
