Current Processing Times
Due to high demand, processing your return may take up to 4–6 weeks. We kindly ask for your patience.
We can't give an exact completion date. As soon as your return is ready, we'll notify you by email. You’ll then find it as a PDF in the app.
Possible Reasons for Delays
If you haven’t received your return after 4 weeks, there could be several reasons:

✍️ Missing power of attorney for the tax advisor

🆔 Identity verification failed

📄 Missing or unreadable documents

📬 No response received from you or the advisor

⛔ Your case was declined (e.g. if it's too complex)
What You Can Do Now

✉️ Check your email inbox – including your spam folder. Your expert will contact you if more information is needed.

👉 If documents or answers are missing, processing will be paused until we receive your response.

📩 Once your return is complete, you’ll receive an email notification and can download it as a PDF in the app.
🚨 Important: Please remember to approve your return in the app once it’s ready. Only then can your tax advisor submit it to the tax office.
