How to Change Your Email Address in the App

Log in to the Taxfix app using your old email address and one-time password.

Tap the account icon in the bottom right corner.

Select "Change email address".

Enter your new email address and request email change.

Youβll receive an email from us to confirm the change.
Once youβve clicked the link in the confirmation email, your new address is active. You can then log in with the new email as usual.
No Access to Your Old Email Account?
No worries. Send us an email at support@taxfix.de. Please include:

Your old email address
-
Your new email address
Weβll check whether a change is possible and get back to you as soon as possible.
What to Do If Youβre Trying to Log In with the Old Address in the app
If you've already updated your email address but try logging in with the old one, the login will fail. Please use your new email address to sign in.
Didnβt receive the confirmation email? Be sure to check your spam folder. You can always restart the process in the app to request a new confirmation link.
If you canβt change your email because you no longer have access to your old inbox and the confirmation email went to the wrong address, contact us at support@taxfix.de. Our team will help you manually update your email.
