Can I delete the Expert Service by myself?

You booked the Expert Service but changed your mind? As long as you haven’t submitted your data yet, you can remove the service yourself. Here's how – using your phone or PC.

When can I cancel the Expert Service?

You can cancel the Expert Service if:

• You have not yet submitted your data to Taxfix
• and the service has not yet been paid for

Important: Payment makes the order binding. From that point on, the service can no longer be removed – only revoked.

📱 Using a smartphone?

Here’s what to do:

1. Open the tax year overview.
2. Select the year in which you booked the Expert Service.
3. Tap the "Help" button at the top right.
4. Select "Change the service" and confirm with "Yes, change service".

This removes the Expert Service. You can then complete your tax return yourself – directly in the app or in the browser.

ℹ️ Note: All previous entries for that tax year will be lost.

🖥️ Using a PC? No problem – the steps are the same:

1. Open the tax year overview.
2. Select the year with the Expert Service.
3. Tap the "Help" button at the top right.
4. Select "Change the service" and confirm with "Yes, change service".

You can then complete your tax return as usual.

ℹ️ Note: All previous data for that tax year will also be lost here.

What if I've already paid?

If you’ve already paid for the service, the statutory right of withdrawal applies from the order date. You can revoke the Expert Service.
