Who submits my return?
If you use the Expert Service, your return is not submitted by you. Instead, it is digitally sent to the responsible tax office by our partner tax firm. You don’t need to print anything or send documents by mail.
When is my tax return submitted?
Your return is only submitted after you’ve reviewed and approved it in the app.
Here’s how it works:
- The tax advisor prepares your return and uploads it in the app.
- You’ll receive an email with a button “Go to tax return” that takes you directly to the app.
- After reviewing, tap “Submit tax return” in the app.

The return is then automatically sent to the tax office.
How do I approve the return in the app?
You’ll receive a notification via email (or push message) when your tax return is ready.
Steps:
- Open the app and review your completed return.
- Read the tax advisor’s summary and notes carefully.
- If everything looks good, tap “Looks good”.
- Then tap “Submit tax return” to complete the process.

If you have concerns, you can choose “Something’s not right” to request a review.
Can I make changes afterward?
You can still make corrections as long as you haven’t submitted the return in the app.
👉 Tip: Submit all relevant info early in the questionnaire and task list.
During the processing phase, tasks are temporarily locked.

If the return is already prepared but you want to add something, contact your tax advisor directly. Their email address is included in your notification.
